This role requires strong operational ownership, the ability to resolve complex documentation and logistics challenges, and the expertise to coordinate with multiple internal and external partners. The specialist oversees order validation, shipment booking, documentation preparation, customs‑related activities, and milestone monitoring across global trade lanes. In partnership with Warehouse, Sales, Finance, Global Trade Compliance, and freight forwarders, this position proactively identifies and resolves issues that impact shipment timing, cost, or compliance. By leveraging advanced tools, executing detailed documentation tasks, and maintaining high data quality, the Export Order Management Specialist plays a critical role in supporting efficient global operations, delivering a strong customer experience, and ensuring adherence to export regulations and company standards.Job Duties & Responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end execution of the export to shipment process, including detailed order review, release and hold management, shipment booking, and completion of post‑shipment documentation. Prepare and review complex export documentation, such as certificates of origin, legalized/consular documents, proforma invoices, shipper instructions, and advanced export packing requirements.
