The Trust Experience and Compliance TEC team is helping transform how trust and compliance are built into Windows by developing AI-driven solutions that simplify complex engineering processes and enable teams to build trustworthy products at scale.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver AI-powered engineering solutions that improve how Windows engineering teams navigate trust and compliance workflows. You will apply modern AI capabilities and strong software engineering fundamentals to transform complex processes, improve engineering efficiency, and help teams build Windows experiences responsibly at scale.
In this role, you will work across engineering and product disciplines, solve complex technical problems, and help shape the technical direction of AI-enabled solutions used across Windows. This is an opportunity to combine software engineering, AI, and large-scale platform development to help strengthen customer trust in Windows.

Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced software engineer to join the Windows and Devices organization. In this role, the ideal candidate will-
- Design, build, and ship scalable software and AI-powered solutions that transform how Windows engineering teams navigate trust, compliance, and engineering workflows.
- Apply modern AI technologies to real-world engineering problems, simplifying complex processes and improving developer productivity and experiences.
- Partner with engineering and product/program management teams across Windows + Devices and Microsoft to define requirements, develop solutions, and deliver customer and business impact.
- Drive engineering excellence through thoughtful design, implementation, testing, measurement, reliability, and operational quality.
- Provide technical leadership across projects, influence technical direction, mentor other engineers, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and open collaboration. 

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.- OR equivalent experience.
