In this role, you will lead field execution for civil construction activities, partner closely with craft supervision and field engineering, and help deliver safe, high-quality work that keeps critical energy infrastructure projects on schedule. You will provide hands-on direction to direct-hire craft teams, support productivity and performance goals, coordinate technical requirements, and ensure crews have the information, materials, and resources needed to execute work safely and efficiently.
