We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to join the Technical Success team within Cloud & AI Platforms. In this customer-facing role, you will partner with technical and business stakeholders to understand customer priorities, design secure, scalable, resilient, and well-architected cloud solutions, and accelerate modernization and adoption of Microsoft Azure and AI technologies.
You will provide architectural and technical guidance across infrastructure, applications, data, AI, agents, and emerging technology scenarios, helping customers address technical blockers and prepare workloads for long-term operational success. You will apply Microsoft architectural frameworks and proven practices to help customers improve security, resiliency, performance, and scalability while aligning technical solutions with business outcomes.
As a trusted technical advisor, you will also contribute reusable technical guidance and proven practices, collaborate across Microsoft teams, and represent the voice of the customer by sharing technical insights and feedback that help improve Microsoft products, services, and delivery approaches.

Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with customer technical and business stakeholders to understand priorities, define conditions for success, and align cloud and AI solutions with business outcomes.
Design secure, scalable, resilient, and well-architected solutions across Azure infrastructure, applications, data, AI, agents, and emerging technology workloads using Microsoft architectural frameworks and proven practices.
Guide customers through cloud transformation, modernization, migration, and AI readiness initiatives by providing technical direction, architectural recommendations, and implementation guidance.
Identify, escalate, and help resolve technical blockers and risks that may affect solution deployment, workload health, customer value realization, or Azure adoption and usage.
Lead architecture discussions for modernization scenarios across applications, databases, infrastructure, SAP, hybrid environments, and AI-enabled workloads, helping customers improve security, resiliency, performance, capacity, and opera
