Be You. The Duke Division of Gastroenterology is looking for a Program Director to lead the administrative programs that support our clinical, research, and educational work. You will partner with division leaders and teams across Duke to keep recruitment and onboarding, events, communications, budgets, and office operations moving. The role calls for someone who can manage details, improve processes, and help people work through complex institutional requirements. Minimum Requirements: Education/Training · Work requires communications, analytical and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program. Experience · Work requires the ability to plan and administer programs and direct program activities within a specific functional area, generally acquired through four years of related experience.
