What You'll Do: Research Operations & Participant Engagement Support investigational product management, including inventory tracking, storage, ordering, and handling activities. Recruit, screen, schedule, and support research participants according to study protocols and standard operating procedures. Coordinate study visits and prepare study materials, equipment, and documentation needed for participant interactions. Conduct and document non-complex research visits, scripted interviews, questionnaires, and other protocol-driven activities. Process, ship, track, and maintain research specimens and study-related supplies. Support participant retention efforts and assist with participant reimbursement activities.
