As an Occupational Health Nurse, you'll help build safer workplaces and healthier communities through innovative occupational health programs, clinical care, regulatory compliance, and employee-focused wellness initiatives. What You'll Do: Promote Employee Health & Wellness Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of occupational health and wellness programs for client organizations. Partner with employers and occupational health professionals to identify workforce health priorities and develop impactful wellness initiatives. Provide individualized health counseling and education related to screenings, health maintenance, and preventive care strategies. Deliver Occupational Health Services Conduct pre-employment, post-offer, random, and regulatory drug and alcohol screenings. Perform occupational health nursing services including venipuncture, immunizations, injections, first aid, specimen collection, and health assessments. Maintain clinical equipment, supplies, and resources to support efficient, high-quality patient care. Advance Workplace Safety Participate in workplace assessments to identify actual or potential health and safety risks. Assist in mo
