The Tumor Immunobiology Laboratory is seeking a motivated Research Technician II to join our multidisciplinary research team focused on cancer biology, tumor immunology, translational science, and clinical research. In this role, you will contribute to a diverse portfolio of laboratory, computational, and data-driven research projects while working alongside faculty investigators, research staff, trainees, and collaborators. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys scientific discovery, problem-solving, and working across disciplines. Depending on your background and interests, you may support laboratory experiments, clinical and research data management, computational analyses, scientific reporting, and project coordination. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in a scientific, quantitative, computational, engineering, or related field. Ability to organize and manage research data, records, and project documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, reproducible research. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in laboratory, computational, clinical, quantitative, or interdisciplinary research. Experience with laboratory techniques, molecular biology, cell-based assays, or sample processing. Experience with data analysis, statistics, databases, programming, bioinformatics, or scientific visualization. Interest in cancer biology, immunology, translational research, or biomedical data science. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Other Requirements Ability to learn new research methods and technologies. Comfortable working across multiple projects and interacting with individuals from diverse scientific backgrounds. Experience with Microsoft Office and research data management tools is beneficial. This position is onsite. The work is performed on-site at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolin
