Please review our open positions and apply to the positions that match your qualifications Licensed Land SurveyorArkansas Remote Full Time Experienced Share Job Title Licensed SurveyorStaff SurveyorDepartment OperationsReports To Senior Surveyor andor Operations ManagerLocation Flexible remote options available 160Job PurposeLicensed Surveyors are responsible for planning performing and overseeing surveying work to ensure accurate and highquality deliverables This role involves project coordination client communication and the preparation of survey documents and maps in accordance with professional standards and state licensure requirements160Key ResponsibilitiesProject CoordinationCollaborate with clients to define project scope objectives and deliverables Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource requirements Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Client CommunicationServe as a primary point of contact for technical surveyrelated matters Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress and deliverables Survey ExecutionConduct or oversee boundary topographic construction and other types of surveys Ensure survey data accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations Prepare survey reports maps plats and related documentation Quality AssuranceReview survey data drawings and deliverables for completeness and accuracy Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of work Project DocumentationMaintain accurate records of project information including field notes calculations and correspondence Prepare and review survey reports legal descriptions and plats Invoicing SupportReview project progress and assist in determining billing readiness Coordinate with accounting and operations staff to ensure proper documentation for invoicing Communicate with clients regarding invoice or payment questions as needed Risk and ComplianceIdentify potential issues affecting survey deliverables and propose practical solutions Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and professional surveying standards 160QualificationsBachelor8217s degree in Land Surveying Geomatics or a related field preferred Licensure in160Arkansas160is preferred Experience in land surveying including boundary topographic and construction surveys Strong knowledge of surveying principles standards and applicable laws Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D Trimble and related surveying software Excel
