Contacts Correctional Officer applicants throughout the recruitment and selection process to verify and clarify application information, confirm employment and processing dates, provide instructions regarding required documentation and processing requirements, and ensure applicants are prepared for scheduled processing appointments and in-person interviews. Documents applicant communications and updates as necessary to support timely and accurate processing. Conducts required background screenings and employment verifications for prospective applicants; accurately documents and enters screening results into the Applicant Referral System (ARS) while maintaining strict confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive applicant information. Contacts Correctional Officer applicants to verify information, confirm processing dates, and prepare them for interviews. Sends required DocuSign documents to applicants and monitors completion and required signatures. Verifies receipt and accuracy of applicants’ vital documents and other required employment documentation. Initiates Verensics and Integrity Meter assessments, monitors completion, and contacts applicants to review required assessment information and address processing requirements. Processes applicants on scheduled processing dates by completing required administrative and documentation tasks, including photographing visible tattoos, obtaining required special approvals, printing and organizing applicant files, verifying and updating applicant information, and completing other assigned day-of-processing activities. Other related duties within division as needed and assigned by supervisor.
