Enter, transmit, and explain federal financial reports, including CMS-64, CMS-10, and CMS-21 reports, and respond to federal reviewers regarding costs and reporting procedures. Maintain financial records, schedules, files, subsidiary records, and Excel spreadsheets supporting state and federal financial reporting requirements. Reconcile subsystem and manual financial records with LaGov reports and maintain proprietary accounts identifying expenditures across multiple funding sources. Develop and analyze financial reports, expenditure projections, trend analyses, and ad hoc reports to support program monitoring and federal budget estimates. Prepare schedules to reconcile unexpended and undrawn grant award authority and cash, and support the development and maintenance of cost allocation plans and methodologies. Communicate with federal and state auditors, fiscal intermediaries, cost allocation personnel, and agency officials to provide financial information, technical assistance, and resolve financial reporting and operational issues.
