This entry-level role works under close supervision, applying foundational engineering knowledge to practical quality tasks while building an understanding of the regulatory, customer, and internal quality requirements that govern an energetics manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to develop core technical and quality skills while contributing to mission-critical programs. Key Responsibilities Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems in compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., ATF, DoD, OSHA), under the guidance of senior team members. Assist manufacturing operations by helping ensure process controls, inspection plans, and acceptance criteria are defined and followed. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformances, defects, and customer complaints under supervision. Assist in reviewing manufacturing procedures, inspection instructions, and quality records related to energetics production.
