Reporting to the Senior Director, HR Business Partners, this role is the critical link between the business and the broader HR function, translating division-level goals into actionable people strategies while ensuring employees and leaders have the day-to-day HR support they need to perform at their best. As an HRBP at Voyager, you will be embedded in your business unit - attending leadership meetings, advising organizational decisions, leading complex employee relations matters, and partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to bring the right programs, tools, and talent strategies to your client group.
