This role collaborates closely with Facilities, Information Technology, and other cross-functional partners to ensure security requirements are incorporated into capital projects, renovations, infrastructure improvements, and new construction. This role is an onsite roll supporting our company-wide physical security and will be working from our Long Beach; CA. location This role will require a minimum of an active DOD Secret clearance, Top Secret or TS/SCI preferred at time of hire. ; This position translates strategic objectives into operational execution — leading security technology projects, managing capital expenditures, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and developing a high-performing technical workforce. This is a hybrid leadership and hands-on role requiring strong technical depth, program management capability, and the communication skills to engage both frontline technicians and senior executives.
