This role is the physical backbone of the materials and production planning function — responsible for the movement, staging, and storage of materials between receiving, warehouse storage areas, and the production floor. Where the Shipping & Receiving Clerk owns the dock and inbound documentation, the Material Handler owns what happens next: getting materials from storage to where they are needed, when they are needed, in the correct quantity and condition to support uninterrupted production.
