The position reports to the General Manager, Voyager Energetics and is part of the leadership team based in Pueblo and Penrose, CO. This role is onsite in Pueblo and Penrose, CO OR hybrid for highly qualified candidates. In this role, the essential functions are: Develop and execute comprehensive, coordinated plans for a portfolio of 3-10 projects, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, risk assessments, and resource requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and government agencies, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives. Monitor and project budgets/financials, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
