This role takes ownership of complex quality initiatives, provides technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, and drives continuous improvement across manufacturing and inspection processes. The position requires deep technical expertise, sound judgment, documentation discipline, and a high level of safety awareness, and is critical to ensuring the safety, reliability, and compliance of products manufactured in an energetics environment.
