The position reports to the Senior Director of Engineering and is part of the Engineering team based in Houston, TX or Cleveland, OH. In this role, the essential functions are: Define, trace, and manage system requirements across lifecycles using digital tools, while identifying interface requirements and controlling interactions across system and subsystem boundaries. Lead the technical team in developing and executing verification and validation plans, and ensure systems meet quality standards through established quality control procedures. Develop and review integrated system architecture through trade studies, leveraging system modeling and analysis to support technical decision-making. Manage stakeholder needs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to transform requirements into design inputs, while facilitating integration of technical and program objectives. Monitor and control processes to coordinate design changes and their impact across subsystems, ensuring alignment with organizational quality standards.
