Job Summary Langan is seeking a Senior Staff Land Management Professional in Pittsburgh, PA to join our growing team of technical professionals ;supporting energy, environmental, and infrastructure projects. ;This individual will play an important role in supporting the development and expansion of Langan's emerging Land Management service line. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land research, negotiating land agreements, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for land use in support of energy and development projects. Job Responsibilities Research and analyze property ownership, title status, and land use rights using public records and title databases.
