Job Summary Langan is seeking a Part-Time / On-Call Environmental Technician to support environmental projects throughout Oregon, with a primary focus on compliance and permitting. This position is ideal for an environmental professional with experience in industrial compliance programs, environmental sampling, stormwater management, spill prevention and response, and field-based environmental support. The successful candidate will assist with environmental monitoring, facility inspections, compliance reporting, and spill response activities while supporting a variety of environmental programs, including Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, and Industrial Wastewater. Job Responsibilities Conduct environmental field sampling activities, including stormwater, groundwater, surface water, wastewater, and soil sampling. Perform routine facility compliance inspections and monitoring activities. Support implementation and maintenance of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), SPCC, and industrial wastewater programs. Assist with industrial stormwater permit compliance, including sampling, inspections, documentation, and reporting.
