Job Summary Langan is seeking an experienced Noise Practice Leader to drive the growth and advancement of our noise and vibration capabilities. This is a high-impact, seller-doer role responsible for both technical leadership and business development, supporting CEQA-focused environmental planning efforts for land development, transportation, and infrastructure projects. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, a technical authority within Langan, and a practice builder, partnering closely with CEQA leadership to expand our presence, strengthen client relationships, and deliver technically sound, legally defensible environmental solutions, with primary emphasis on noise and vibration analyses and coordination with adjacent disciplines such as air quality as needed.
