Job Summary The QA Specialist ;is responsible for ;ensuring that products, systems, and processes meet defined quality standards. This role involves designing and executing test plans, ;identifying ;issues, and ensuring continuous improvement in product and process quality. The QA Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and customer service. ; Job Responsibilities Develop, execute, and ;maintain ;test plans, test cases, and test scripts. ; Perform manual and/or automated testing on software, hardware, or production processes depending on the industry. ; Identify, document, and track bugs and quality issues. ; Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues. ; Participate in process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.). ; Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable feedback. ; Support validation, audits, and regulatory compliance activities as needed. ; Contribute to the creation and maintenance of QA documentation and procedures. ; Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or ;a related ;field. ; Proven experience in quality assurance, software testing, or ;a related area. ; Familiarity with QA methodologies, tool..
