Overview
Microsoft AI is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to help build the teams developing the next generation of AI systems, infrastructure, and products.
Our mission is to build AI that amplifies human potential and empowers people around the world. Achieving that mission requires bringing together exceptional engineers, researchers, and technical leaders capable of pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
As a Technical Recruiter, you'll operate at the center of that effort. You'll partner directly with engineering leaders, researchers, and executives to identify, attract, and close extraordinary technical talent across AI research, infrastructure, systems, security, and product engineering.
This is a role for someone who moves quickly, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys building while the ground is still shifting beneath them. Priorities evolve, new opportunities emerge, and the pace is intense. We are looking for recruiters who can adapt, problem solve and consistently deliver exceptional results while helping shape how recruiting operates inside a frontier AI organization.
If you are energized by finding world-class talent, navigating complex challenges, and helping build the future of AI, we'd love to meet you.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
