Location: Pune Req ID: 30199 ​ Job Responsibilities Assembly Collect required inputs from Design department for assembly of the projectMake assembly plan, discuss with Project Manager & execute the sameDaily review of assembly plan and update the status to Project ManagerVendor follow up for on time delivery of shortage / rejected materialEscalate the concerns or delays if any with backup planAssembly manpower managementEnsure standard & safe assembly practicesCheck the assemblies as per the assembly / GA drawings for completenessSupport Quality department in inspection activitiesCoordinating with controls team for power ON activityLong Description Trials & Buy off Collect the trial parts along with inspection reports from customerHighlight the deviations if any in trial partsTake dry run trials of the systemConduct welding / assembly trials with partPrepare the sang list during Buy off with customerClose all the sang points and communicate to PM or customerDismantling the system after customer approvalPacking & dispatch managementJob Requirements Qualification: Diploma/B.E.Mechanical / Electrical Experience: 5 to 10 years in Assembly and I&C of assembly systems, welding systems, robotic cell, handling systems, SPMs, EOL testing Additional requirements: Good technical knowledge Hands on experience of Assembly and I&C of assembly and welding systems Experience in automotive as well as non-automotive industry Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
