LocationPunggolSalary Range 28004500Job Responsibilities Assist with the daytoday operations of the retail outlet Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide assistance to customers and respond to their enquiries and requests Interact with children and parents throughout their visit to ensure a positive customer experience Communicate with children in a patient friendly and approachable manner Provide guidance and assistance to customers where necessary Handle customer requests and feedback professionally escalating matters to the supervisor when required Support the team in ensuring smooth daily operations and a good overall customer experience Assist with activities events promotions or other operational tasks as needed Work closely with team members to support daily operations and customer service Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or managementRequirements Prior experience working with or interacting with children is highly preferred Candidates from Preschool Childcare Tuition Enrichment Centre Kids Playground Indoor Playground or Kids Events backgrounds are welcome Experience at Kiztopia Kidztopia or similar childrenrelated environments will be an added advantage Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory Patient friendly and comfortable interacting with children Able to communicate effectively with both children and parents Positive approachable and serviceoriented personality Able to remain calm and patient when handling children or busy customer situations Comfortable working in a lively customerfacing environment Good teamwork and communication skills Willing to work 6 days per week including weekends and public holidays where required
