Responsible for Xraying patient using radiologic equipment that produces radiographs xrays of body for diagnostic purposes as directed by the Radiologist Generates highquality images of patients in order to assist with diagnosis and treatment Prepares and maintains records and files as directednnn Principal Accountabilities nnnn1 Performs and provides appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state federal and professional guidelinesnn2 Demonstrates knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment including setup utilization troubleshooting and proper care and sanitization of all equipmentnn3 Obtains patient history explains routine procedures and addresses patient queries or concernsnn4 Maintains all equipment for procedures assesses safety physical and physiological comfort of patient nn5 Monitors need for procedure revisions and coordinates daily imaging proceduresnn6 Performs other related duties as assigned
