Responsible for Xraying patient using radiologic equipment that produces radiographs xrays of body for diagnostic purposes as directed by the Radiologist Generates highquality images of patients in order to assist with diagnosis and treatment Prepares and maintains records and files as directed Principal Accountabilities 1 Performs and provides appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state federal and professional guidelines2 Demonstrates knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment including setup utilization troubleshooting and proper care and sanitization of all equipment3 Obtains patient history explains routine procedures and addresses patient queries or concerns4 Maintains all equipment for procedures assesses safety physical and physiological comfort of patient 5 Monitors need for procedure revisions and coordinates daily imaging procedures6 Performs other related duties as assignedrn
