Material Handler About the Role We are hiring Temporary ProductionMaterial Handlers to support daily operations in a busy manufacturing environment This is a handson position focused on preparing organizing and staging materials and containers for production The ideal candidate is dependable physically capable safetyconscious and comfortable working on their feet in a fastpaced plant environment Key Responsibilities Level and rake preforms in open bins to ensure materials are properly positionedPlace lids on bins as requiredInsert bags into bins based on product requirementsBuild and stage Gaylord boxes for productionStrap and secure Gaylord boxesBuild and assemble bins as neededMove and stage materials to designated areasKeep work areas clean organized and free of debrisFollow all safety procedures and production guidelinesPerform other general production and material handling duties as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing production warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not requiredAbility to perform repetitive physical tasksStrong attention to detailReliable and dependable attendanceAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsComfortable working in a fastpaced manufacturing environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSafetyconscious approach to all tasksWillingness to work a 12hour shift Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to bend stoop reach and perform repetitive movementsAbility to lift and move materials as requiredAbility to work around manufacturing equipment and production materialsAbility to maintain productivity throughout a 12hour shiftMust be comfortable working in a plantmanufacturing environmentMust follow all required PPE and safety requirements IND2
