Warehouse Loader 2nd Shift Location Branchburg NJPay 1700hourSchedule 2nd Shift 230 PM 1100 PMJob Type FullTime Job Overview We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Loader to join a busy distribution and warehouse operation This position is responsible for picking customer orders operating material handling equipment preparing products for shipment loading and unloading freight and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of warehouse experience and is comfortable operating a sitdown forklift reach truck and electric rider pallet jack Responsibilities Accurately pick and pull customer orders for shipmentVerify product types and quantities before orders are shippedOperate forklifts reach trucks and electric rider pallet jacks as requiredMove completed orders to shipping and delivery areasSelect stack and safely secure products on palletsInspect pallets for proper labeling shipping information and safe load configurationRepack and weigh orders as neededLoad and unload incoming and outgoing shipmentsPlace inventory into designated warehouse racking locationsBreak down and restack merchandise as neededVerify shipments for accuracy and inspect products for damageIdentify and report damaged or nonconforming productsComplete required warehouse paperwork and documentationAssist with physical inventory countsPerform equipment safety inspections before useImmediately report unsafe equipment or warehouse conditionsHelp maintain a clean organized warehouse by sweeping dusting mopping and organizing work areasFollow all warehouse safety procedures and required PPE guidelinesAssist with ordering warehouse supplies when needed Equipment Candidates should be comfortable operating or learning to operate various types of material handling equipment MHE including Sitdown forkliftsReach trucks including Crown or RaymondElectric rider pallet jacksOther warehouse material handling equipment Requirements Minimum 2 years of warehouse experienceForklift certification requiredCertificationexperience operating an electric rider pallet jackExperience with order picking and palletizingAbility to accurately read labels and shipping informationAbility to safely lift move stack and organize productsAbility to perform physical warehouse work throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and accuracyReliable and punctualAbility to work effectively in a fastpaced warehouse environmentWillingness to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Physical Requirements This is an active warehouse position requiring employees to Stand and walk for extended periodsFrequently bend reach lift and move materialsLoad and unload productsOperate material handling equipment safelyMove and stack pallets and merchandiseMaintain a clean and organized work area If you have warehouse experience and are comfortable operating forklifts and other material handling equipment this could be a great opportunity to put your skills to work in a fastpaced wa
