MIG Welder Multiple Shifts Available We are looking for skilled MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team The ideal candidate has experience with MIG welding can produce highquality welds identify and correct weld defects rework welds when needed and safely operate robotic welding equipment Available Positions amp Pay 1st Shift MondayThursday 500 AM300 PMPossible overtime on Friday1500hour 200hour attendance bonus 2nd Shift MondayThursday 300 PM100 AMPossible overtime on Friday1500hour 200hour attendance bonus 3rd Shift Sunday nightThursday night 900 PM500 AM1500hour 200hour attendance bonus MIG Welder Responsibilities amp Skills Perform MIG GMAW welding on production parts and assembliesSuccessfully complete and pass a MIG weld test to company quality standardsInspect welds for defects inconsistencies and quality issuesDetect bad or defective welds and determine the appropriate corrective actionRework and repair welds as needed to meet quality and production requirementsOperate and monitor robotic welding equipmentInspect robotwelded parts and perform manual weld rework when necessaryTroubleshoot welding issues and make appropriate adjustments to improve weld qualityChange and adjust MIG welding settings and parameters as neededUnderstand how welding settings affect penetration bead appearance and overall weld qualityPerform more complex weld repairs and rework when requiredIdentify when robotwelded parts require rework and make the necessary correctionsAssist with troubleshooting and improving robotic welding processesMaintain consistent weld quality while meeting production goalsFollow all safety procedures work instructions and quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaCommunicate quality or equipment issues to supervisors and production personnel Qualifications Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredAbility to successfully pass a practical MIG weld testAbility to identify weld defects and perform quality reworkExperience operating robotic welding equipment preferredAbility to adjust welding settings and troubleshoot welding issuesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow safety procedures and production instructionsAbility to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environmentAbility to work the assigned shift and maintain reliable attendance IND2
