Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team If you have a strong mechanical and electrical background enjoy troubleshooting equipment and thrive in a fastpaced production environment this is an excellent opportunity to build a longterm career As a Maintenance Technician you will play a vital role in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently while supporting continuous improvement throughout the facility Responsibilities As a Maintenance Technician you will Perform maintenance and repairs on plant and production equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic and production equipment issuesMaintain auxiliary equipment including air compressors ventilation systems dust collection systems cooling systems and power systemsAssist with equipment cleanouts during product changeoversWork closely with production personnel and automation staff to resolve equipment failuresPerform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipmentExecute electrical and electronic maintenance tasksMaintain an organized spare parts inventoryFollow all workplace safety procedures and company policiesUtilize 6S principles to maintain a clean organized and safe work environmentProvide production support and serve as backup to the production team when neededParticipate in an oncall rotation to support offshift maintenance needs Qualifications College training in industrial maintenance or 35 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skillsAbility to read and interpret maintenance documentation and equipment manualsWillingness to provide oncall support outside of regular working hoursIndustrial electrical and electronic experience preferredSiemens PLC experience is a plusForklift experience is preferredStrong communication skills and attention to detail Physical Requirements Frequently lift up to 10 poundsOccasionally lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand bend kneel crouch climb and balance throughout the workdayComfortable working in a manufacturing environment around production equipmentIND2
