Metal Fabricator Location Sewickley PAPay 18002000 per hour based on experience Job Summary We are looking for a Metal Fabricator to join our manufacturing and fabrication team in Sewickley PA This is a handson position working with metal materials and fabrication equipment to produce quality components Previous metal fabrication experience is preferred but not required We are willing to train the right candidate on our specific machinery and processes Candidates with experience in manufacturing production machine operation construction welding assembly or other handson environments are encouraged to apply The ideal candidate is dependable mechanically inclined comfortable working with tools and equipment and willing to learn Responsibilities Operate metal fabrication machinery and equipment safely and efficientlyMeasure cut bend shape and assemble metal materialsUse hand tools and power tools to complete fabrication and assembly tasksFollow work instructions measurements and production specificationsInspect finished work for quality accuracy and proper fitMake basic adjustments to equipment and processes as neededLoad unload and move materials throughout the work areaMaintain a clean organized and safe work environmentFollow all safety procedures and use required PPEWork as part of a team to meet production and quality goalsLearn and become proficient with companyspecific fabrication machinery and processesPerform other production and fabrication duties as assigned Qualifications Previous metal fabrication manufacturing production machine operation construction welding assembly or mechanical experience is a plusComfortable working with hand tools and power toolsAbility to read a tape measure and work with basic measurementsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityMechanically inclined with the ability to learn new equipmentReliable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to follow instructions and work safelyAbility to work in a handson manufacturing environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work for extended periodsFrequent bending reaching lifting and moving materialsAbility to safely lift and handle materials as requiredComfortable working around machinery metal materials and typical manufacturing noise IND2
