Web DeveloperLocation Taipei TaiwanAbout the RoleWe are looking for a talented Website Developer to build and maintain the digital face of a financial platform and several thirdparty platforms You will be responsible for creating secure highperformance and accessible web applications that handle sensitive clients data You will work closely with designers and backends to translate complex business requirements into seamless user experiencesJob Description Develop responsive pixelperfect and interactive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks eg React Vue or Angular Translate design wireframes and prototypes into highquality code Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use Implement complex logic for account opening onboarding KYCAML payment processing and account management Ensure seamless integration with thirdparty financial APIs eg Plaid Stripe payment gateways Implement and adhere to strict security protocols OWASP Top 10 to protect user data Ensure all web applications comply with financial regulations eg PCI DSS GDPR SOC 2 Implement secure authentication and authorization flows OAuth JWT 2FA Write clean maintainable and welltested code Unit Integration and E2E testing Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals and overall site performance Debug and resolve crossbrowser compatibility issues Work in an AgileScrum environment with crossfunctional teams Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions Stay uptodate with emerging web technologies and fintech trends Deliver and coordinate the usage of services and contents for all different local markets including but not limited to India Thailand South Africa Nigeria Pakistan and BangladeshPreferred qualification Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience 23 years of experience as a Frontend or FullStack Developer A strong portfolio showcasing complex web applications fintech or highsecurity projects preferred Web applications experience in WordPress or Drupal is a valueadd Proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript ES6 and TypeScript Strong experience with Reactjs or VueAngular and state management libraries Redux Zustand etc API Handling Experience consuming RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data streams Version Control Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows GitHubGitLab Security Understanding of web security best practices CORS CSP XSS prevention Experience with Nextjs or Nuxtjs for serverside rendering SSR Familiarity with Nodejs or Python for backendforfrontend BFF logic Experience with D3js Chartjs or similar libraries for data visualization Knowledge of Docker and CICD pipelines Ability to handle complex logic and edge cases in business requirement ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders is highly appreciated Bilingual proficiency in the regions language and English is often required eg English and Mandarin Chinese
