Specialized care is provided for patients requiring acute and intermediate-level services with telemetry monitoring, including those undergoing vascular and endovascular surgery, aneurysm repair, advanced pancreatic and surgical oncology procedures, and other complex general surgical interventions. The Nursing Director is responsible for advancing clinical excellence, workforce engagement, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and financial stewardship. In partnership with clinical and administrative leaders, the Nursing Director ensures care aligns with professional and regulatory standards while fostering collaborative, high-functioning teams.
