Join a growing Risk Assurance function and help strengthen how HCF manages technology, data and AI risk.This role is responsible for delivering HCF's Line 2 Risk Assurance program, providing independent assurance that technology, data and AI risks are effectively identified, managed and controlled across the organisation. Leading assurance reviews across technology, data and AI risk domains, the position assesses control effectiveness, governance arrangements and compliance with regulatory obligations. Through practical, risk-based recommendations and trusted stakeholder engagement, the role provides independent challenge while supporting stronger risk outcomes across the business. As the Risk Assurance function continues to mature, this position will contribute to the development of assurance frameworks, methodologies and practices that strengthen risk management and support HCF's regulatory obligations. Operating across a diverse portfolio of assurance activities, the role offers the opportunity to influence emerging approaches to technology, data and AI risk assurance within a complex and highly regulated environment.
