Site Manager 1 Year Contract IT InfrastructureRemuneration Package Up to S9000 per monthContract Duration 1 yearWork Location West Company transport provided at designated pointThe OpportunityOur client is an established technology solutions provider specializing in advanced systems for automation artificial intelligence access control and largescale infrastructure projects We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the next phase of a major infrastructure and technology installation project The Site Manager will oversee daily site activities maintain high safety and quality standards and ensure installation works are completed according to the agreed project scheduleKey Responsibilities Supervise daily civil works and MampE site activities ensuring compliance with project specifications schedules and budgets Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and inhouse workers monitoring progress workmanship and performance Enforce site safety requirements and ensure all personnel follow established safety procedures Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks identifying defects and coordinating corrective actions Identify project risks site issues and drawing discrepancies and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them promptly Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment with site requirements Evaluate technical alternatives and explain their implications to support the Project Managers decisions Propose practical valueengineering solutions to improve project delivery quality and cost efficiency Arrange permit applications in advance and prepare site reports drawings and relevant project documentation Coordinate with architects engineers consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical matters and support smooth execution Assist the Project Manager in managing project changes and communicating updates to the team Lead site teams encourage collaboration and gather input to address challenges and improve delivery Liaise with consultants to clarify requirements and evaluate solutions that meet project objectives and quality standardsRequirements Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering At least 5 years of site experience in IT infrastructure within the construction industry Experience in supporting government projects is highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD knowledge of 3D SolidWorks is an advantage Strong communication leadership coordination and problemsolving skills Resourceful and able to evaluate technical options and recommend practical solutions Independent diligent and highly motivated with good interpersonal skills Able to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced site environmentApplicationInterested candidates may forward their updated CV in MS Word format to tritonaicomReg No R24123260 Triton AI Pte Ltd EA Licence No 21C0661
