Key Responsibilities Operate metalworking machinery and manufacturing equipment to produce metal parts and components.Set up and operate appropriate machines for fabrication and production tasks.Follow established safety procedures when operating machinery and handling equipment.Perform basic maintenance to help keep production equipment operating efficiently.Inspect finished parts and components using appropriate quality control methods and inspection tools.Apply basic mathematics, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills to manufacturing processes.Identify equipment issues, quality concerns, or unsafe conditions and report them to the appropriate personnel.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow production standards, work instructions, and established quality requirements.
