This is an opportunity for an experienced team leader who enjoys being close to the detail, building strong relationships and creating an environment where people can do their best work.Working closely with the Financial Controller and key internal and external stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our financial operations are accurate, efficient and well controlled, while identifying opportunities to make the way we work even better.Finance Operations Support Manager12-month max-term contractWhat you’ll be doingLead and support the team: Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and development, setting clear expectations and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.Oversee financial operations: Review and support accounts payable, expense reimbursements, corporate credit cards and daily bank reconciliations, ensuring transactions are accurate, appropriately authorised and processed on time.Manage banking relationships: Act as the key contact for our banking partners, NAB and Westpac, and support the management of bank accounts, access, signatories and corporate credit card arrangements.Support cash management: Review cash flow, liquidity calculations and account balances to help ensure funds are managed effectively and in line with HCF’s policies.Maintain strong financial controls: Oversee monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigate outstanding items and ensure reporting and compliance requirements are met.Drive continuous improvement: Work with the team to identify practical ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency and strengthen existing controls.Support financial systems and access: Help maintain
