Key Responsibilities Coordinate with MampE subcontractors consultants suppliers and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution Review MampE drawings shop drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements Monitor site progress installation works and workmanship to ensure works are completed according to schedule and quality standards Coordinate MampE works with architectural and structural trades to resolve site clashes and technical issues Attend site meetings conduct inspections and follow up on outstanding works and rectifications Assist in material submissions method statements testing commissioning and project handover Ensure MampE works comply with relevant statutory requirements safety regulations and project specifications Provide regular progress updates and report any siterelated issues to the Project ManagerAbout You Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Building Services Engineering or a related discipline Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and coordinate MampE works onsite Good communication coordination and problemsolving skills Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with project teams and subcontractors Relevant MampE experience in the construction industry is preferred Experience in Addition amp Alteration AampA projects will be an added advantage Experience working with a Main Contractor or MampE Subcontractor is preferred Knowledge of MampE systems including ACMV Electrical Plumbing amp Sanitary PampS or Fire Protection will be advantageous
