Responsibilities:-Work closely with R&D to harvest Invention Disclosures, analyze the Inventiondisclosures and define the appropriate protection according to the Businessstrategy,-Draft patent applications for Chinese first filings and respond to office actions,-Provide IP advice and guidance to Business Units on IP and innovation matters,-Handle IP projects, e.g. IP disputes, IP prosecution, FTO,-Organize/Provide IP workshop/training to enhance IP awareness in differentlocations, and-Work together with IP colleagues from China, Germany and other countries.
