Facilitates communications for deaf/hard-of-hearing students during the school day, for academic and extracurricular activities; delivers the interpretation of audio-visual information in alignment with Individual Educational Plan IEP documents and in service to school needs; utilities a variety of visual tools to meet student needs and support equal access to interpreted materials; participates in school functions and activities such as field trips and extracurricular activities; collaborates; provides technical assistance to school-based administrators, teachers, students, and staff.
