Degrees: High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper Additional Qualifications: Experience in Healthcare and/or Customer Service setting, Oncology background strongly preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Scheduling Systems (i.e. Soarian, Cerner, Centricity, Pathways Healthcare Scheduling, Chart links etc.) Medical Terminology required. Experience with high volume calls. Excellent verbal and written communication. Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills. Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task. Minimum Required Experience: 3 years
