High School Diploma, Certificated of Attendance or GED required. Preferred: Phlebotomy or Registered Medical Assistant certificate, experience in a hospital setting including pediatric, geriatric, oncology, and neonate patients. Computer skills, specimen processing, excellent interpersonal communication both verbal and written, and exceptional customer service skills.
