Associates Degree in Healthcare preferred with a minimum of 3 years in a Supervisory and/or Lead capacity, preferably in Patient Access, with extensive knowledge of insurance benefits, collections, authorizations/pre-certifications. In lieu of an Associates Degree, a minimum of 4 years experience in Patient Access or healthcare setting. Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred.
