Company Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Transfers and Financial Reconciliation processes within our Claims Department. This role will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, business rule alignment, and reporting integrity when claims are transferred from one TPA to another.The ideal candidate will be skilled in data analysis, financial validation, business rules documentation, and effective cross-functional communication, with experience managing project deliverables, conducting UAT, and working with external TPAs.
