Office Location Tai SengWorking Hours Monday to Friday 830am to 600pm Saturday 830am to 1200pmSalary amp Benefits Basic Salary Up to 6000 commensurate with experience Performancerelated pay Annual leave entitlement Medical benefitsIndustry Construction Sector AampA Building WorksJob Responsibilities Check and analyse drawings authority requirements and tender specifications Inspect site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants Oversee projects and ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions Ensure compliance with contracts drawings and regulatory specifications Coordinate effectively with owners architects consultants project managers subcontractors and suppliersJob Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience Possess a Degree in Construction Civil Engineering MampE or equivalent Proficient in basic Autocad software Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility Able to handle construction projects with commitment and dedication Good communication and written skills Required skill Proficient in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients
