Company OverviewOur client is a leading international media and digital content platform with a strong footprint across Asia and an expanding presence in the Middle EastThe company operates largescale content ecosystems including longform content shortform video and subscriptionbased products and is actively strengthening its datadriven decisionmaking capabilities to support regional growthThis role will focus on content performance user behavior and commercialization analytics working closely with content product and growth teamsKey Responsibilities Build a quantifiable realtime and accurate data framework including unified core metrics data definitions and monitoring mechanisms Design and maintain core dashboards and dailyweekly reports covering content performance conversion funnels retentionchurn and monetization metrics Conduct indepth analysis on key content projects and campaigns eg major shows shortform content or regional initiatives providing performance evaluation issue diagnosis and optimization recommendations Develop user profiling and segmentation models establishing tagging systems audience clusters and preference insights to support content product and operations strategies Identify critical churn and dropoff points across the user journey drive crossfunctional improvement initiatives and track postoptimization resultsRequirements Experience in data analysis or data operations preferably within content platforms internet products or growthoriented environments Strong proficiency in SQL handson experience with BI tools such as Looker Power BI Tableau or similar Python experience is a plus Clear logical thinking with the ability to articulate a full loop of problem metrics insights actions review Strong communication and stakeholder management skills able to collaborate effectively with product content and operations teams English as a working language is required Familiarity with Middle Eastern users or Arabic language skills is a strong plusWhy This Role Highimpact role directly supporting content and user growth strategy Exposure to regional and global stakeholders in an international organization Opportunity to build scalable data foundations and analytics frameworks from the ground up Competitive compensation and longterm development potential
