THE JOB Responsible for performing highly diversified duties and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOWorks directly with the venue leadership or Operations Manager to perform day of show dutiesAssists in the setup and tear down of 100% of the venue's assets for all events - Chairs, tables, tents, signage, etc.Perform regular preventive and general maintenance around the site, buildings, including painting, cleaning, landscaping and Misc. Projects.Respond to or elevate staff/guest inquiries and or concerns regarding all shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities, as well as our VIP program and seat upgradesPerform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policyMaintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encounteredKeep current on all Standard Operating Procedures and b
