Nanyang Institute of Management NIM Accounts ExecutiveAbout NIM Established in 2001 Nanyang Institute of Management NIM is a premier education provider in the region NIM is committed to Nurturing Today for Tomorrow with a studentcentric culture that prioritizes learning needs The institute is dedicated to academic and teaching excellence focusing on holistic student developmentPosition Accounts ExecutiveReporting Line Reports directly to the Finance ManagerRole Overview The Accounts Executive plays a key role in managing and processing finance matters related to tuition billing payments installment plans and overseeing the collection of unpaid fee balancesKey ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable Perform the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions including daily operations and monthend closing Reconcile NetsChina Union Pay PayNow Fund Transfer and Ali Pay with collection reports Deposit cash and prepare bank reconciliations Update the student databaseAccounts Payable Perform the full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions including daily operations and monthend closing Prepare payment vouchers petty cash agent commissions and staff claims Prepare purchase requisitions for respective suppliersGeneral Ledgers and Other Duties Handle any other ad hoc assignments as required Prepare accounting schedules Provide support for internal and external audits as needed Perform any other ad hoc duties as assignedRequirements Minimum LCCI IntermediateHigher preferably Diploma and above in accounting At least 2 years of relevant working experience audit experience is highly preferred Candidates with fullset accounts experience are welcome to apply Preferably with knowledge of Sage 300 Accpac Familiarity with MS Office Must be meticulous and have a flair for figure work Good interpersonal and communication skills a team player Mature independent selfmotivated and able to multitask Positive work attitude willing to learn systematic and possesses good organizational skillsWe invite industry professionals who are passionate about finance and education to join our mission at NIM
