Position Overview My client is seeking a highly executionoriented and systemsdriven management professional to join the founding team in Singapore This role will take ownership of overall office operations and play a critical part in executing financial services business activities including fund management foreign exchange and asset management operations As a key bridge between frontend business development backend operations compliance and strategic clients this position serves as a central pillar in scaling and professionalizing the firmKey ResponsibilitiesOffice amp Operational ManagementOversee daily operations of the Singapore office and establish efficient internal processes and governance structuresEnsure seamless coordination across business operations compliance and support functionsDrive operational excellence and continuous process optimizationTeam amp Project LeadershipLead and manage crossfunctional teams with clear accountability KPIs and delivery standardsAllocate resources strategically and oversee execution of key projects to ensure timely and highquality deliveryFoster a performancedriven and collaborative cultureBack Office amp Channel CoordinationLiaise with internal and external backoffice teams custodians service providers and distribution channelsEnsure stability compliance and professionalism in service deliveryOptimize workflow efficiency and enhance overall client experienceClient Relationship ManagementParticipate in managing and maintaining key institutional and highvalue client relationshipsServe as a strategic communication interface between clients and internal teamsSupport the Founder in building longterm partnerships and trust with core stakeholdersStrategic Collaboration with FounderMaintain highfrequency and highquality communication with the Founder to translate strategy into actionable execution plansOperate effectively in a fastmoving environment and support milestone achievementAct as a trusted execution partner in scaling the businessRequirementsBachelors degree or above background in Finance Business Management or related disciplines preferredMinimum 6 years of relevant experience prior experience in fund management asset management foreign exchange or financial services is strongly preferredProven experience in team leadership and project management with the ability to handle multitasking and complex crossfunctional coordinationStrong bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin capable of clear and professional communicationEnergetic yet mature pragmatic and highly resultsorientedDirect and efficient communication style with strong ownership and execution capability
